Matt Flores
With more than 30 years of experience in the landscape industry, Matt Flores has built a career on vision, craftsmanship, and a dedication to customer service. He began by founding and growing a successful landscape maintenance company, which he later sold before expanding into construction. From there, Matt established a commercial landscaping firm that secured and completed contracts for multiple high school remodels across San Diego County.
Over the years, Matt has combined his deep knowledge of construction with his expertise in property services and landscape maintenance, creating a company that delivers a full spectrum of outdoor solutions. Today, his team provides professional landscape maintenance for both residential and commercial properties, while also offering comprehensive services for HOAs — from landscaping and concrete work to drainage systems and exterior property needs.
Harrison Flores
Harrison Flores is a seasoned landscape professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry. As co-owner of Premier Land Techs, based in Carlsbad, California, he has worked alongside his father to build a company known for its dedication to quality, reliability, and lasting results.
Specializing in landscape construction and irrigation, Harrison is a certified backflow technician and trained irrigation specialist, bringing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to every project. His approach blends craftsmanship with functionality, ensuring that each outdoor space is not only beautiful but also efficient and sustainable.
Harrison takes pride in guiding projects from concept to completion, with a focus on detail, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Beyond his work, he values time with family and staying connected to the Carlsbad community—both of which inspire his commitment to creating landscapes that clients can truly take pride in.
